I don't know what the registry does between ex and record. It's not T+3,
Tomorrow is ex 19th. T+3 days from there takes it to 22nd. 23rd/24th is weekend. 25th is Record Date. Today is your last day to buy. If you then sell tomorrow your are still elgible to apply for shares. There may be some selling pressure tomorrow. Flip side is buying pressure today (potentially). I doubt it will close today, however, higher than it's opening of 6.4c.
