The lack of an underwriter would indicate confidence on the part of the company that there will be a full uptake. From what I gather the company needs the money to provide product in the combined trial, so it is very important that they raise they this money.
So where will this confidence come from? Surely there is imminent good news about the results of the latest trial? I have never been in a RI without an underwriter
