5c is lower than the current SP, that's incentive.
What they need to so is to put on more good news in coming days, and this should in turn support the SP, and holders will buy in. Once it is oversubs, confidence is strong and SP will stay or go up.
Don't think this stock will get pumped, as there's no underwriter. Good thing is they won't get shake either.
