Does anyone know why Dr Ottaviano says the technology (as in/at the pilot plant in N Freo) won't be commercially ready until year's end?
In that link I posted before of his BR interview he indicates company timeline is: commercially ready end of 2009, 5 megawatts plant in operation in 2011, upgraded to 50MW by 2013, and 100 MW 2015.
Another Q:
it looks like the pilot plant has 6 or 8 buoys - it's very low key. The shed where the hydro electric generator is sitting is equally unobtrusive. However once we get to pistons pumping enough water for 100 MW how much ocean will physically need to be paddocked off?
And how big will the onshore facility be?
