Yes FMS board has done very good work. If the capital raising without big discount in this market environment, it would be good news. You paid for what you wanted when you bought.
1.7-3.0billionT exploration IO target at $1.3million cost are a excellent asset in value/price ratio. No one would pour the dollars just based on your pennies.
You pennies need to mix with those from others for dollars. Could you put $0.012 in your bank account for $0.07 payment? It is not joking in the market. The people want the money quick and big without thinking the risks.
The risk premium is the reward to the winners and the loss of the losers. Think logically and don't just count the cents in your hands.
