Something is up especially since Newport Oil & Gas plc was incorporated in July this year and uses not only the same name as Newport Gold which had Ian Egan as a director but uses the same registered address.

Newport Gold was quickly dismantled when all this came to light but Newport Mining still includes Newport Gold in their Corporate structure."
