Pre Open activity

Hi,

I am trying to learn about the tricks that are used to either encourage others to buy or sell.

If anyone can comment or point to a resource that would be helpful.

Looking at the pre open today its clear that there are some entities trying to influence.

There is a few buys at 0.004 which is pointless as the buyer can buy at 0.003 at any time with 162M shares on offer.

Same is true for for the sell side which is set to sell at 0.002. There is no need to load this pre session as this can be sold at this price at any time and seems to be being placed after buys are put on to ensure that the stock opens at 0.002. I appreciate that there will be people that can not access their trade platform during open hours but the activity seems deliberate to keep the open price down.

What is the motivation here? How does this help someone achieve their goal.
