The after hours selling seems to be by brokers or traders who want to offload but at the best price. They hang out all day hoping for a bite and when it doesn't come they take a bite off the top. A possible excuse may be, "hadn't had time to process it." Personally for a long time now, I only look at the the final trade points until after 4.20pm
From what I have seen elsewhere, manipulation by small purchases at higher value to perhaps instigate higher purchases is not all that uncommon, just don't fall from it. Pre-order BS also seems to occur in volatile stocks. Linc seemed to be plagued by it quite often, at times I play a game with myself to try and spot the BS orders up until opening.
There is more pressure on sellers at the moment IMO. The last four available steps are literally at 25%, 33% and 50% drops from the present position.
Those wanting to get out for whatever reason are no doubt well aware of that. It may be one of the reasons for higher than normal volume.
Objectively if this keeps up, the SP may be at 0.001 before or around the New Year.
Does anyone know if the mediation has adjourned for the holiday season? Or when next they meet?
