My early research of last year re pilot plant makes me confident re USA sampling . Why?
Because the early pilot plant (not the existing production plant) ran on about very many slag types. None gave any problems.
I think USA sampling is more of a formality to get grants and loans perhaps.
As soon as the Moolap plant is fully commissioned expect institutional money in IMHO.
