Was just advised EPA will announce their first decision on Monday on the mining operation. The first decision will be announced to the public on Moday 29th

It sounded to me that Barry Carbon will have a large impact on the decision as he knows all the technical stuff to get this up and running in an appropriate and civil manner.

It will be published in an WA newspaper on monday in the "Environmental" section which i believe will be in very fine print.

By the sounds of it residents will not be happy with the verdict. This operation must go ahead for all parties as it will provide working capital to thousands of people.

In future BRL will need to provide sufficient notice of all opertations to all parties in Bindoon. BRL and the community must work hand in hand to make this council as strong financially, rurally and enviromently as ever.
