Hi guys,

At this stage R4RM have been advised the first decision has been made by epa into resolving the differences between brl and some of the community. They are not aware of the magnitude of the decision and R4RM are waiting for monday for the decision.

By the tone of the person's voice it sounded like this topic would be ongoing throughout the mining to assure that brl obide by all regulations and are environmently friendly to the community.

The person tone also wasnt confident that they will have enough power to stop a large mining coy from producing, which will have more benifits to the entire state / country as opose to a small amount of residents.

Never the less what ever the ann will be, it will push BRL in the future to the correct proceeding.

Time will tell but expect the unexpected in this upcomming announcment
