HIGH GRADE GOLD DISCOVERED AT GLEN WILLS GOLD PROJECT Synergy Metals Ltd (Synergy) advises that significant gold intersections have been encountered in diamond drill holes GWDH022 and GWDH023 at the Glen Wills project in Victoria. These holes have been drilled near and below old mine workings at the Maude Gold Mine. Major intersections returned were: GWDH022 1.6 metres @ 16.6 g/t gold GWDH023 5.8 metres @ 18.9 g/t gold The diamond drill holes are NTW sized and have intersected mineralisation at a dip angle of -68 degrees for GWDH022 and -72 degrees for GWDH023. Intersections are approximately perpendicular to the strike of the mineralising structure. The intersection in GWDH022 is contained within a 1.6 metre mineralised zone commencing at a depth of 156.0 metres. The hole lifted more than planned and appears to have intersected the “Morgan” shoot between the 7 and 8 Levels and to the north of historic stoping. The intersection in GWDH023 is contained within a 5.8 metre mineralised zone commencing at a depth of 177.1 metres. Assay results terminated in mineralisation and additional sampling will be undertaken to close off the zone down hole. The intersection in GWDH023 is below the lowest historic stoping on the “Morgan” shoot at the 8 Level. The intersection is interpreted to be a down plunge continuation of the shoot. The next hole in the current program (GWDH024) is currently being drilled to test the down plunge extension of the “Templeton” shoot below the 8 Level and is expected to be completed over the next few days. The hole has been collared approximately 86 metres north of the current reported intersections.

Sunnyside Gold Project Assay results for several additional holes drilled within the Sunnyside program are expected to be received this week.
