It is interesting that Otto deem it important enough to go into a halt rather than waiting an hour or two for the market to close and deciding in the morning if a halt is needed.
Maybe something else that is supposed to be shiny has gone rusty so we will be shutting in the field for a few months while the operator dicks about trying to fix it?
