not a disaster but bad news.

PEL is the main focus and we really now don't have an idea when the drilling will go ahead,

first it has to dry out, not a good prospect coming into winter, and then it depends on how the ordered rig has been set back.

if they have also been effected by weather then once it dries out then we have to wait till rig has completed current job.

So really as in ann, Dec half, they really don't know when it will happen.
