BRR, To be fair to TJ, I think he's making the point that there really isn't any update other than an amended (ie. later) expected signing date.
I would be the first one to be happy if it happened to be signed on 1st March and not 28th February, but having held for more than 10 years, one gets somewhat tired of the same thing happening (ie. nothing, or delays).
