It's interesting looking at how GRM propose running their re-invented company compared to how RWD does business. Their directors get paid but think they should get "performance rights" for doing things like achieving an inferred JORC. They don't set the bar very high imo. They are chasing 20MT at not less than 2.5kg/m3 to get their bonus.
