    I am just having visions of FP being locked up in a legal nightmare for GGP.

    I would not like GGP to have the majority partner holding on hopes of one well with a small percentage.

    It would seem prudent for GGP now to exercise some firm negotiations with VIL.

    Put to VIL an option of either give GGP 32% of FP in return for the drilling or GGP will sell their percentage and get out of it entirely.

    Even if GGP was to only get the cost of drilling another PB well for the FP % I would be happy with that and say goodbye to VIL/PASS entirely.
