In my humble opinion, initially I was optimistic with the ann. but further consideration you would think the company wouldn't need to do a placement if they thought their shareprice would be high enough to get their 30th of April 2005 options exercised :o(
Or on the other hand, maybe they have a few aces up their sleeves to bouy the SP high enough to place at a decent price.
Hard call.
