I thought one was "as of right" to move to a certain position without FiRB aproval - but I thought moving above 19.9% was not allowed on any company without going to full take over ?

Xstrata still have to get FIIRB approval to buy Excos CCP project , I think anyone who wanted to take over CDU wouldn't have any problem getting FIRB approval ( Chinese or Swiss LOL )

No national interest at stake at Rocklands. Minmetals got all of the OZL assets except for Prominent Hill ( to close to Woomera Spy Base ? )
