re: 1:4 rights issue kick in the guts if you ask me.....they have far too many shares on issue at the moment ....if they were in fact a great company they would have done a private placement ......this is why they are trading sub 2 c.......based on todays announcement i will not be investing in this speccy......they could have sold a few BMX to cover their program instead of diluting more.....

although i may still voice my opinion from time to time......in case it changes.cheers Jam
