re: someones accumulating Wilson, rarely does the shareprice drop back to issue price the next day. In fact short-term the stock may hold until the record date for placement is announced. Then I would expect a steady drop back towards placement price. I've seen stocks take 2-3 months to drop back to placement price. Doesnt always drop back, some keep going but 40% dilution is quite hefty and will create overhang for quite a while in my opinion.
