From the announcement...

At a 10% p.a. discount rate, the value estimates have the following implied value per share (before tax) impact:
Before Tax Value at 10% Value per share (A$)
1P or Low Estimate - 0.26
2P or Best Estimate - 0.95
3P or High Estimate - 1.8

So Take best estimate of 95c/share and add cash of $50m after drilling campaign = 20c/ share and you have $1.15

So you can basically buy a share now and get the following for free:

Harcourt
Timmy
Lilyvale / Oak Park
Possible Power Station
Quebec Gas
South Africa.

Plus I am sure they are looking at further opportunities as well!
