Blackstone buy the US assets (bricks and mortar).
Senior lenders get CNP's CER holdings as a D4E swap in AU properties.
Who is managing Blackstone's new US portfolio? Could that be CNP?
Who is managing the new amalgamated AU portfolio? Could that be CNP?
If it is, CNP turns into a pure services company earning $108M a year on last figures.
Thoughts?
