Very strange to go into a trading halt after a speeding ticket. Not much to be said for the supposed trading policy rubbish that came out recently.
Why would you need such a long halt to respond to a speeding ticket if you have nothing new.
Must be a substantial new backer that has come to the rescue with a debt for equity deal. Thats my guess.
