I'm a bit confused by the fact they apparently don't have a drilling crew to get samples.
On first skim it sounds fairly negative. There's a sound of disappointment in the writing. Clearly they had hoped to find something great first-up.
I'd really like to find out what their lower grades in the stockpiles translate to. Is this disappointment compared to the 12g/tonne they had initially? Is it perhaps "merely" 4? 2? ... Or is it actually bad enough that they think the current stockpile and initial pit are not viable?
Maybe there are clues about these questions in the document, but I'll have to read a lot more carefully to be able to read between the lines what's actually going on.
