I've managed to get hold of a copy of the announcement and you are correct. It is basically saying that there will be a delay with the first well (PEL115) to spud in June.

The reasons given are that there is a difficulty acquiring casing and a general lack of rig slots. Says a lot about the Cooper and the frenetic activity currently taking place.

Apart from that, the announcement is generally positive and indicates there will probably be additional wells drilled, subject to JV approval.

I still reckon this is a monty to make good money this year.
