My thoughts lautrec, if the share price was substantially over valued isnt that when you leverage? i can't understand his thinking for now the shareprice is crap we can leverage our assets. You leverage your assets when they at a good price, the only positive is the leverage will be small compared with the sp and not put us in a worse posy. Would you as a bank manager after seeing what the share has done give these guys more money. I am sorry i bought this share, i just think they are not the best businessmen who understand the stock market is really a place you find value for your company. Its still below book value, if they keep up the income there will be a sp increase imo its at the bottom of its range.
