Ok, i was wondering why you said what you did? Chin up etc seemed rash given the inconclusive announcment.
Of course there will be a cap raising if the company wants to push into a new frontier in a foreign country. Thats when you need to look at it as an IPO as such...and weigh up the potential gains for the listing price. I would be very interested if it was 3c or under.
Anyway, its my opinion that they will push onto the higher portion of the well - regarding last announcement - which will contain good flows IMO.
