that is some very important info.
If they are shipping a concentrate then the REO/REC basket pricings are probably not as relevent.
Someone else will have to do the nasty expensive work of actually extracting the elements from the concentrate, and they wont be paying anything near REE basket prices for the concentrate.
It sounds like PEK might already have someone lined up.
As the processing flows for Rare earths are very complex it might be someone else who has processing for material with similar metallurgical characteristics. Maybe a company with another carbonatite deposit (LYC?? their high grade stuff might be similar in nature - regolith concentrated phosphates??? )
Might ping one of the PEK geos to see what the REE hosting minerals are.
