I guess a lot has happened since then. BLT made a huge mistake going after Nucleonics like they did. They are now gone and nearly took BLT with them. Unfortunately, so much time has passed and other companies have caught up and one wonders whether their technology has not become surpurfluous.

Tacere now has BLT's spoils in regards to their HepC therapy. Hopefully, BLT can replicate this success in other areas.

I still can't work out whether the 099 patent is granted or whether it is still to be granted. Any ideas? This would make a huge difference to the sp.
