Well,some institutional holders will be not happy at all. This directors sell decision has shaken LYC, of course thats how the market react.
Many were holding new stock during end of last year and they take profits too + downsizing.
They have all the force.
It might spoke other directors too, they dont wanne see LYC going lower and might take an profit too.
Fact is, the institutional holders are upset with this decision.
Was it a controlled downsell yesterday ?
