IMO there is no way that Silica would be vended into a new entity to fund US expansion. There is simply no need to.
MHM have 11m in the bank. A plant the size we are hoping for around 150kt - 200kt will have a max requirement of c20m and there will be a combination of cheap US funding, MHM equity, and Government Grants.
Breaking it down - lets say there is 5m grant, $5m equty injection from MHM and 10m debt. Under this scenario, the payback of the loan will be less than 6 months and post this there will be an acculuation of cash in the bank. The banks will have no problem lending up to the max as the production numbers will be underwritten with contracts from SSC and other feeders.
No chance imo.....
