    There are all sorts of reasons why not to mention a tender for an asset. They haven't got it yet so no need to boost expectations - If every time a company looked at a property and they had to make an announcement ASX would be clogged.

    The only reason they felt they had to mention it was to keep things squeaky clean in response to the speeding ticket.
