Looks like a good announcement, but clearly (and not surprisingly) the market is much more interested in announcement related to actual results and generating cash-flow at this point.

I think this announcement might affect the impact a timeline announcement will have, but I doubt it will move the SP on its own.

And so, we once again wait :)
