I think jayson1 was speaking in general terms and not directly at FMS, as it is usually the case that when the SP moves up, remuneration isn't spoken about too much by the majority.
If FMS was 30c most of us on HC might have said he can have it, but with the SP basically going sideways since GS came on board, he does not deserve it. You get bonuses for your performance and GS's performance does not warrant this.
