    Can someone please confirm or correct the following:-

    "150 million shares and 50 million options will be offered to Ansearch upon the market capitalisation of Optum exceeding $25 million or Ansearch achieving a target of 200,000 unique visitors per month"

    Does this mean now that Ansearch has achieved the target Optum market capitalisation is approx. $25 million and if this is the case SP would be $0.02 (1.3 billion shares = $25 million | 1 share = $0.02)????????????
