No PP laws of nature haven't changed, its just a matter of doing an appropriate graded dig and stockpile plans to minimising the blend finger exposure to O2 and water.
If Peter Hutchinson has come up with a storage solution that does not impact on production costs and recovery rates - I think I'd put credence in his thoughts on the matter than to some random bitter gourd.
