6.4 mil is enough cash to develop gold tenements and to pay for Haw's share of the DSO development, the income generated from both could pay for Haw's ongoing Mt Beven development costs (40%) and the value of the project will increase after every development milestone has been achieved making the company a more expensive T/O target!
