Alternative scenario would be somebody been shorting IDC with a view to cover their short positions with the anticipated CR in two weeks. For me personally, 10.5C kept been sold into look rather like capping than accumulating.

By all mean, it is clear that management is not looking after the interest of retail shareholders as they report to the institutional shareholders. And the institutions don’t need to buy on the market as they can be awarded share through CR at a cheaper price than accumulating on the market
