My opinion is : in fact Ansteel is in control of the mining project. they are not in a hurry to take over it, In the Chinese game, they would use every opportunity to pump up the shares price of GBG to a certain levels when everything is in a satisfaction issues, then they will look for anyone in their society to see if show any sign of interest, Ansteel will then sell their portions and let the third party to take over Karara projects.( both parties is making money ). my humble opinion only.
