Just making the point here ST that the issue is not whether EIM can or cannot manage.

The issue appears to be that they don't think PLV can judging by those comments.

I think EIM are as every bit responsible for the funds performance under their management, as PLV is for the funds it manages and the decisions it makes for the benefit of shareholders.

Whatever EIM might say I would hope it would be clear and transparent communication with the ability and the capacity to explain clearly what they did and why they did it.

Their comments suggest they might would do things differently.
