Look at CCC for a guide to the perils of reconstruction - they did a 1 for 10 and the reconstructed shares are now well below what they were before reconstruction - more than a 90% loss for the holders already hurting from the massive dilution that got them in the position for a recon in the first place - QMN is another that will probably suffer the same fate.
