The management of this co/ do not play games and follow the regs.
If a TH is called it is because it is necessary to get the announcement out without the opportunity for trading on leaked information.
With a co/ such as TNG and its conservative PFS not to mention advanced DFS anything is possible and in any event a conditional off take agreement is "as solid as" if you know this co/ and its value, so in my respectful view do what other meerkats do when something is on the horizon and jump down your hole.
