Very strange. As mentioned a lot of the parcels only worth $1,000 or so and even tip sheet subscribers usually invest more than that. For what it's worth a few months ago I saw the exact same thing with stock code RIS. I was trying to buy around 12 cents and suddenly there were 30 plus bid orders at about 13 cents appeared out of nowhere one day. But most them were only worth $1,000. They end up receiving a takeover from MVT for 20 cents within a couple of months.

These little games I can still make no sense of.
