The recent report in AFR indicates that the stock alternative may be better than the cash option for the mandatory offer by Bioton. I have been tryingto get some info on the problems of holding bioton shares and how liquid they are and how to sell them later on etc. but no luck. May be it will alll be answered when we receive the offer.
