"Integra has been pursuing an aggressive strategy of expanding the scale of the Company’s projects east of Kalgoorlie through acquisitions, alliances and exploration. In less than 12 months, Integra has rapidly evolved from zero reportable resources to over one million ounces of JORC compliant resources. Integra now controls a consolidated regional tenement package of approximately 1,850 square kilometres in this lightly explored but highly prospective region. It is Integra’s intention to demonstrate sufficient scale to establish a stand-alone central gold production facility at the Aldiss Gold Project with the capacity to underpin a substantial long-term gold business.

During the year a number of significant achievements were realised in the Company’s evolution from gold explorer to gold producer:

August 2004 – JORC compliant resources estimate announced for the Aldiss Gold Project of 6 million tonnes at 2.3 g/t gold for a contained 450,000 ounces of gold.
October 2004 – Purchase of Rowes Find from the Administrator of Deep Yellow and surrounding tenement applications from private parties.
November 2004 – outcomes of a Scoping Study on the Aldiss Gold Project announced with open pit designs capturing 243,000 ounces of resources at 2.3 g/t gold (diluted).
March 2005 – Purchase of the Randalls Project from Solomon (Australia) Pty Ltd.
April 2005 – consolidated resources announced for the Aldiss and Randalls Projects of 8.5 million tonnes at 2.6 g/t gold for a contained 730,000 ounces of gold (based on the 1998 estimate for the Randalls Project by its previous owner, General Gold Resources NL).
July 2005 – Joint Venture Agreement for the Cowarna JV with Avoca Resources Ltd.
July 2005 – Option to Purchase Agreement for the Randall Hill tenements from Westex Resources Limited.
July 2005 – consolidated resources for the Aldiss and Randalls Projects announced of 13 million tonnes at 2.6 g/t gold for a contained 1.1 million ounces of gold.
Additionally, the Company was aggressively exploring during the year with 11,595 metres of RC drilling completed during 2004-2005"
