thanks for your post. How sure are you about the 90% needed for the takeover to go through? I've never been taken over so I dont know whats involved. I read a little about this sort of thing and found that PDN bought out Valhalla this year for $1.45. (equivalent as PDN offered shares instead) They held 36.5 million pounds of Uranium oxide at the time. I assume OMC may have just surpassed this. I havent compared anything else (shares issued etc) so i could be way off.
