Gillian converted 3M options exercisable at 21.1, and 2M options exercisable at 31.1. She could have done this anytime beofre 31/12/08. Why do it today?
Because she can qualify for another 416,000 shares at 50c. Shares that are currently trading at close to 60c.
If she sells them straight away she's made an easy $42,000.
She's not stupid fellas.
I'm as big a DYL fan as anyone, and a long term holder, but let's stay calm shall we?
