1. approx. 40M shares with an entitlement at 1 for every 12 held = 3.3M shares not 5m

2. GS has not sold 1 DYL share to date - and I doubt she is setting up to start selling now - as you have indicated.

3. In fact if you read the last annual report directors remuneration section you would find GS has opted to take approx. 90% of her remuneration in the form of incentive options - yes she is backing herself and the future of Deep Yellow

So in summary:

A. Your brain on a razor's edge, is like a pea on a 12 lane highway

B. You are so dumb the blonds tell jokes about you

C. You could fit your brain on a 5 cent piece and still have room to spare
