Lagoon Creek Joint Venture Laramide Resources Ltd started drilling on 14 June 2007 the North East Westmoreland target zone to follow up work commenced in 2006. Initial drilling will complete three holes which failed in 2006 to make the target zone due to ground water. A further two holes will be drilled up and down dip from the best intersection of 5 metres @ 0.18 % U3O8 in drill hole NEWM 204. The balance of Laramide’s 5000m earn-in drilling commitment (for completion by 31 December 2007) will be undertaken later in the field season.
